The Laborers-Employers Benefit Plan Collection Trust (LEBPCT) is a non-profit labor-management fund established in 1994 to reduce the complexity of benefit reporting for Laborers working under associated agreements.
Contractors benefit by having a one-stop collection point for the various funds associated with Laborers working on the job. Laborers benefit because contributions are quickly allocated to the appropriate benefit funds. Laborers are also able to verify their work hours regardless of the job location.
The LEBPCT is governed by a Board of Trustees uniquely suited to understand the intricacies of traveling workers in the pipeline and other industries. The Board brings a wealth of experience and expertise in its oversight of the LEBPCT operations.
The LEBPCT’s proprietary online program eCollect was created to collect, process and distribute fringe benefits for work under associated LIUNA agreements. The Wages & Fringes Online Program is now part of the eCollect Program.
